Search Provider

Search criteria allows you search for a provider using distance (how far away the provider is from a particular ZIP code), the type of provider (physician, hospital, or pharmacy), and the provider's specialty.

Note: Two types of searches are available - distance-based and non distance-based. The configuration of your system determines which type of search you are presented.

Search for Providers

  1. Enter the provider criteria. This includes the type of provider you are searching for, such as a hospital or doctor. Additional search fields appear depending on your selection of a provider type. Enter as much search criteria as needed to narrow your search.
  2. Select a number of results to display per page.
  3. Click Search Provider to return the results that match your search criteria.
  4. You will receive a message if no providers meet your search criteria. Otherwise, your matching results appear.
  5. Click Show Advanced Search to add additional criteria, such as the gender, language spoken by the provider, ADA Compliant (wheelchair accessible), TDD Capability (provider uses telecommunications device for the deaf), TTY Capability (provider has a telephone typewriter), and click Search Provider.

    6. Note: This link does not appear until the search results appear.

  6. Click Hide Advanced Search to close the additional search criteria.
